What you will need

Fill in your profile
Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, county and area, and a passport-size photo. Then a short description of the care you provide, in your own words.

Select your services and school
Tick every service you offer from our list of 35, pick your school from the dropdown of 18 colleges, and add the year you finished and your level of education.

Set your rates and availability
Your expected monthly salary, your day rate for short cover, and exactly which days and hours you are free. Families filter on all three, so be realistic.

Choose a plan and pay by M-Pesa
Kismet students skip this — you are free for two years. Everyone else picks Bronze, Silver or Gold. We email you an invoice and show it on screen with the paybill details.

All prices are in Kenyan shillings. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can stop at any time — there is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Paying by M-Pesa

We generate an invoice, email it to you, and show it on screen right away.

Go to M-Pesa, choose Lipa na M-Pesa, then Pay Bill. Enter paybill 880100 and account number 747328 — pay from the phone number on your profile.

Enter the amount and your PIN, then copy the M-Pesa confirmation code from the SMS.

Create your profile in about ten minutes. An admin reviews and publishes it, usually within a day.
Caregiver questions
Am I really free if I studied at Kismet International College?
Yes. Students and graduates of Kismet International College are listed free for 24 months, with the Verified and Featured badges and placement on the home page. There is no invoice and no card required. You only need to upload your Kismet certificate so we can confirm it.
How do I pay for Bronze, Silver or Gold?
By M-Pesa paybill (880100), account number 747328 — the same for everyone. When you choose a plan we generate an invoice, email it to you, and show it on screen. Pay from the phone number on your profile, since that's what we match your payment against, then enter the M-Pesa confirmation code on the invoice page. We activate your profile once the payment is matched, usually the same day.
What happens when my month ends?
We email you a renewal invoice a few days before your subscription lapses. If you do not renew, your profile is hidden from the directory — it is not deleted, so you can come back and reactivate the same profile later.
Do families pay to contact me? Do I get a cut?
Families pay us — not you — a small weekly pass to unlock contact details across the whole directory. It costs you nothing and doesn't come out of your subscription. We also take no commission on your salary — whatever you agree with the family is entirely yours.
Will my phone number be visible to everyone?
No. Your phone, WhatsApp number and email only become visible to a family once they've paid for a weekly access pass — anyone can browse your full profile for free, but Call, WhatsApp and Email only activate for paying visitors. If you're not comfortable with your number being shown at all, this directory is not the right fit.
What does the Verified badge require?
Upload a clear photo of your training certificate and your national ID. Our team checks that the school, qualification and year on your profile match the certificate. Verified is included with the Kismet, Silver and Gold plans.
