Questions

Does it cost anything to browse profiles?

No. Every caregiver's photo, bio, services, rates, school and availability are free to browse, with no limit and no sign-up. A KSh 500 pass, valid for 7 days, unlocks the Call, WhatsApp and Email buttons for every caregiver on the site — not just one.

What does the Verified badge actually mean?

A verified caregiver has submitted their training certificate and national ID to our team, and we have confirmed the school and qualification listed on their profile. It is not a background check — you should still interview the caregiver and ask for references from previous families.

How do I contact a caregiver?

Open any profile and tap Pay for access. A popup shows the M-Pesa paybill details — enter the phone number you paid with, or the M-Pesa code, and we confirm it, usually within the hour. Once active, Call, WhatsApp and Email unlock for every caregiver on the site, not just the one you started from.

Do I pay the caregiver through this website?

No. The access pass only unlocks contact details. Salary and terms are agreed directly between you and the caregiver, and no salary money passes through us.

I am a caregiver. How do I get listed?

Create a profile with your photo, services, school and rates, then choose a plan. Students and graduates of Kismet International College are listed free for two years with a Verified badge. Everyone else picks Bronze, Silver or Gold, and pays by M-Pesa paybill.
